Thank you so much for being interested this third edition of the “As above, so below” moon + cycle tracker. This saying (to put it simply) means that what happens in a higher realm or plane of existence (heaven/sky) also happens in a lower realm (earth/body). In the same way that the moon affects the tides, women’s wombs and hormones directly reflect her changing phases, as well as the 28 day cycle of our lunar companion. We are more connected with the intricacies of natural life than we might have been raised to believe. 

In the same breath, this tracker has helped me personally to understand this phenomenon visually and physically. Every month, I use the same red pencil to colour in the moon of my first day of bleeding. Switching from apps to this tangible approach has allowed me to reconnect in a more intimate and special way to both cycles. It’s always interesting to observe which phases of the moon we have bled with most over the year. 

It means the world to me that women all over the world continue to use my artwork as a tool to honour these cycles.
